Some Professional Advice to Homeowners:  When hiring a contractor - make sure they are licensed in Florida and they have Workman's Compensation insurance for EACH WORKER.

NOTE:  9 times out of 10 - if you check - usually a contractor will only insure 1 worker and then claim that they are fully insured - yet all the other workers are not insured.  This leaves the owner liable for any legal claims if any of the non-insured workers are injured on the owner's property.
